Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for Mira Vie at Clifton in Clifton, NJ. The role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering friendly, professional service and coordinating with sales, marketing, and the business office.

You will greet guests, answer calls, manage the lobby, assist with mailing and packages, support inquiry tours, maintain resident files with confidentiality, and promote community activities while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months receptionist or similar experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to greet visitors and handle phone calls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Monitor lobby area, direct guests, and assist with mail and packages.
• Support Sales and Marketing with inquiries, tours, and lead activities.
• Assist the Business Office with resident documentation and confidentiality.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and uphold company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
