Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking a part-time Concierge at the Brooklyn Pointe Community. The role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and coordinating lobby activities.

The position supports sales, marketing, and the business office, while ensuring a welcoming, organized lobby experience and accurate handling of packages and inquiries. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors in person or by phone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage lobby area to create a welcoming, organized space and assist with package delivery and mail for residents.
• Support Sales/Marketing and Business Office with inquiries, tours, and lead management as needed.
• Assist in processing resident documentation and maintaining confidential files.
