Avir Health Group is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet residents, families and guests and to assist with information and directions. You will help maintain a welcoming front desk and support a team-focused culture in a community setting.

We welcome walk-ins daily and offer benefits and opportunities to contribute to a positive, resident-centered environment. Prior office experience and familiarity with Microsoft products are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to type and use Microsoft products preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and guests in a professional manner.
• Provide information, directions and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
