Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and assist with local and long-distance calls for residents.
• Maintain a current directory of the Home, Nursing, MVE and staff.
• Provide information to residents, staff and the public; assist with information requests.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail for residents and staff; manage mail machine.
• Coordinate scheduling for meetings and events; assist Admissions with information packets.
• Maintain the front lobby; refresh coffee and seating as needed.
