Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to join our Naperville, IL team. You will handle resident inquiries, manage concierge services, and greet guests, representing the company professionally.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, maintaining resident records, coordinating resident events, and supporting front-desk and administrative tasks with property staff. Monday–Friday on-site; prior customer-service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, Policy/Procedures, and leasing documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer technology skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident requests and concerns.
• Provides effective customer service to residents and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property.
• Assisting with planning and implementation of special functions and resident activities.
• Communicates with residents regarding needs and follows up on completed service requests.
• Maintains accurate resident records including contact information and correspondence.
• General office administrative duties include answering phones, emails, and mail.
• Assists Renewal Specialist with Renewal Program where applicable.
