Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Concierge to provide high-quality resident services, welcome residents and guests, manage event sign-ups, and support daily operations across Sun City communities.

The role requires a professional, customer-focused individual with hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Two shifts per week and a team-oriented setting are offered.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and procedural manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with thorough follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Professional demeanor with independent judgment in customer service matters.

Responsibilities

• Open facility at start of day and prep beverages for residents.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions; secure funds.
• Greet residents by name and assist owners with access and questions.
• Assist in signing residents up for events and activities.
• Maintain event calendars, flyers, and newsletters; update boards and websites.
• Provide administrative support and handle routine office tasks.
