Job summary

River Towne Care and Rehabilitation Center in Columbus, GA seeks a Concierge to provide personalized, high-quality service to residents, families, and guests within a skilled nursing facility. The role acts as a liaison among residents, families, and the nursing staff, ensuring needs are met promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (GA CNA preferred) and strong English communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Active GA CNA (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet new residents and escort them to their room as they enter the facility.
• Set up new admissions rooms for arrival and notify families of arrival.
• Follow up with residents during the first 7 days for any issues.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and family inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Serve as the communication bridge between residents, families, and nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily needs and arranging transportation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dietary to meet residents’ needs.
• Assist with special requests (shopping, beauty services, room amenities, family visits).
• Be prepared to assist in emergencies or urgent needs and alert appropriate personnel.
