Job summary

River Towne Center in Columbus, GA is seeking a Concierge to provide personalized service to residents, families, and guests. The role acts as a liaison between residents and nursing home staff to ensure timely, friendly assistance.

Responsibilities include greeting new residents, setting up admission rooms, following up during the first week, and handling inquiries with strong customer service and communication skills. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and guests at the front; escort as needed.
• Set up admissions rooms and notify families of arrivals.
• Follow up with residents on issues during the first 7 days.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families and staff.
