Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is a community management company that creates memorable experiences for residents in large-scale communities. The role involves helping plan events, produce communications, and support resident programs to foster engagement and a vibrant community life.

You will assist with an annual calendar of events, coordinate with clubs and associations, and help maintain the amenity center.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related experience.
• 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development from an accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning/promoting/executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Engage in content creation for community communications: website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media, etc.
• Support the operations of the amenity center.
• Welcome and assist with new resident experience.
• Provide support for club and group management.
• Administrative duties including vendor management, payment processing, and supporting overall community communications.
