Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Meadows Mobile Home Park in Melbourne, FL. You’ll engage with residents, help drive occupancy, and ensure timely rent collection while maintaining daily office operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, compliance with Fair Housing guidelines, and the ability to take on leadership duties when the Property Manager is unavailable, with growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive to different locations.
• Active in walking, bending, standing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong computer proficiency including internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and prospective residents, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist in achieving high occupancy and market the community to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure 100% rent and fee collection in a timely manner and follow up on late payments.
• Walk the community daily to ensure compliance with standards and address issues.
• Maintain the property office and complete required general office work on schedule.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants to move processes forward.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and state/local requirements.
• Lead the property in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Perform other duties as trained and assigned.
