Job summary

Greystar in Hendersonville, TN, is seeking an Event & Lifestyle Coordinator for Album Indian Lake. You will plan engaging resident events, coordinate move-ins, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Community Manager to create a vibrant living experience.

You will develop monthly calendars, newsletters, and social media content while using Canva for marketing materials and maintaining strong vendor relationships to promote resident programs and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating events for residential communities.
• Ability to manage programs and measure outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls and routes inquiries to the correct team member.
• Maintains scheduling for guest suites, loading dock, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready for daily resident use.
• Utilizes amenity spaces to plan innovative events and programs with metrics.
• Maintains local area info and relationships with concierge vendors and businesses.
• Responds to emails with timely engagement and promotes events via social channels.
• Creates and distributes monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers.
• Supports Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks.
• Manages expenses to approved budgets.
• Sets out, orders, purchases, and removes continental breakfast items daily.
