Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator in Las Vegas to support day-to-day community management and drive resident retention. You will work closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to assist move-ins, coordinate programs, and contribute to sales and marketing efforts for the community.

You will greet residents and prospects, manage tours, handle communications, and develop events and calendars.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting community events and resident programs.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage calendars, tours, move-ins, and vendor relationships.

Aufgaben

• Greets prospects and residents; assists with tours.
• Answers calls, routes to team members and handles service callbacks.
• Maintains guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are ready for resident use and events are organized.
• Develops and executes events, programs, and assessment metrics.
• Keeps information on local area amenities and maintains vendor relations.
• Creates monthly calendars and newsletters; supports Resident Portal postings.
• Supports sales/marketing program standards and budgetary input for activities.
