Pillar Properties is seeking a Resident Engagement Specialist for The Lex in Tacoma, WA. You will be the first contact for residents, coordinate reservations and events, and help create a connected community.

Strong communication, hospitality experience, and social media skills are valued as you manage newsletters, calendars, and vendor relationships. The role emphasizes an engaging culture, in-office presence, and a focus on delivering Quietly Awesome service to residents and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in hospitality, service, or property management preferred.
• Excellent time-management and organization skills, ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong communication and writing skills required.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Social media and content creation preferred.
• Self-starting personality that can work well with limited direction.
• Strong project management skills; results-driven focus and approach.
• Adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Keeps up to date with technology and applies new knowledge to the job.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, and experience with YARDI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact via email, phone and in person for resident inquiries and ensure resolution by coordinating with the appropriate team.
• Maintain a constant presence in the leasing office to assist residents with reservations, recommendations, and deliveries.
• Plan and manage monthly resident events within the property budget and schedule.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar and create content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Curate and post the resident monthly newsletter.
• Manage amenity reservations from confirmation to completion when applicable.
• Assist with renewal workflows and follow-up communications.
• Tour the community with prospective residents and lease apartments as needed.
• Lead renters insurance compliance and renewal processes.
