Roundhouse in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Resident Experience Associate to elevate the resident experience across two downtown Minneapolis communities. You will focus on connection, belonging, and turning everyday interactions into welcomed moments, building trust with residents and delivering thoughtful events.

You will plan a monthly calendar of experiences, engage residents in person, and collaborate with onsite and marketing teams to ensure clear, on-brand communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in specialized high-rise experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through consistent, in-person engagement.
• Get to know residents and what matters to them, bringing a personal and thoughtful approach to everyday interactions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and feedback, turning a complaint or conflict into a resolved, even delighted, outcome.
• Create and execute a thoughtful calendar of resident experiences, events, and opportunities for connection, with approximately five impactful activations per month across the communities.
• Play an active role in the Roundhouse transition, helping residents feel informed, supported, and excited about what's ahead.
• Support clear, proactive, on-brand communication to residents across multiple channels.
• Partner with the onsite and marketing teams to improve communication quality and consistency.
• Gather resident feedback, identify trends and recurring concerns, and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Support initiatives focused on improving overall satisfaction, retention, and community experience.
• Maintain a visible, positive presence throughout the property.
• Look for opportunities to proactively connect with residents and anticipate their needs rather than waiting for them to come to us.
• Identify opportunities to create thoughtful moments that make the resident experience feel more personal and connected.
• Uphold community standards and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment.
• Navigate challenging or sensitive resident situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
