Job summary

Monarch Communities seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to lead non-clinical resident care under the Health & Wellness Director. This exempt, salaried role ensures high-quality services while complying with applicable regulations and the company’s mission.

The position reports to the Health & Wellness Director and offers a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 yearly plus comprehensive benefits. Candidates with dementia care experience and First Aid/CPR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias.
• Must hold current First Aid and CPR certification as required by state.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care team, including hiring, training and onboarding.
• Direct day-to-day resident care and ensure service plans are followed.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness Director to update service plans.
• Create staffing schedules to meet standards and control salary costs.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with residents' families.
• Develop resident profiles reflecting histories and preferences.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Participate in scheduled in-service trainings and additional duties as assigned.
