Willow Bridge Property Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations within our communities. You will help implement renewal programs, monitor occupancy levels, and collaborate across teams to keep campuses thriving.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate with diverse groups.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Support lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations and handle calls and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist in developing and tracking marketing strategies, including promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and postings.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments, and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations and required repairs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
