Job summary

B.HOM Student Living in Athens, GA is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador to enhance resident engagement and support leasing and operations. You will work on-site, covering shifts in the community and assisting residents with programs and services to create a vibrant living experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a customer-service mindset while coordinating events, tours, and community activities with the management team. Training starts soon.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and meet academic requirements: minimum 12 undergraduate credit hours (or 6 graduate hours) and a 2.5 GPA.
• Must live on-site in staff housing and be available to move in before training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social and developmental programs to enhance the resident experience.
• Assist with leasing efforts including tours, follow-ups, and housing events.
• Cover scheduled office shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Respond to lockouts, noise complaints, and resident concerns.
• Promote a positive, professional image within the community.
