Job summary

B.HOM Student Living seeks a Community Ambassador to act as a liaison between residents and management, fostering a vibrant living-learning environment. You will plan programs, conduct tours, and assist with marketing and events to boost resident satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include on-site shifts, after-hours duties, and coordination with staff to support move-ins/out and community services. A leasing license or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Must have state leasing license or ability to obtain within mandated timeframe.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for resident interaction.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community enrichment programs and events.
• Participate in marketing and leasing efforts to meet goals.
• Cover rotating shifts including nights and weekends; give tours and handle office work.
• Support move-in/move-out periods and respond to resident needs.
• Serve as a resource on campus/community services and conflict resolution.
• Maintain professional representation of the company at all times.
