B.HOM Student Living in Atlanta seeks a Community Ambassador to act as a liaison between residents and management, helping create a vibrant, supportive living environment. This role emphasizes resident well-being, event programming, and pro-social engagement.

You will participate in marketing and leasing activities, conduct tours, handle inquiries, and support move-in/out processes while serving as a professional, courteous representative of B.HOM throughout the community.

Qualifications

• State leasing license required or ability to obtain within mandated timeframe.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong computer/tech skills including social media use.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be enrolled in 12 undergraduate hours or 6 graduate hours with GPA ≥ 2.5.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community enrichment programs, area meetings and events to support the living-learning environment.
• Assist marketing and leasing to meet weekly and monthly goals.
• Cover rotating shifts during posted hours, including nights and weekends; duties include tours, leasing, phone, and general office work.
• On-call Community Ambassador duties include tours, lockouts, noise response, and emergencies.
• Serve residents with information about services, neighbor issues, crisis management and conflict resolution.
