Job summary

B.HOM Student Living seeks a Community Ambassador to build a vibrant on-site community for residents and prospective renters. You will run events, host tours, and assist in leasing, while maintaining strong customer service and a professional presence across the property.

You will cover shifts, including nights and weekends, and act as a resource for residents, addressing issues, promoting programs, and supporting the General Manager and on-site team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Must complete at least 12 undergrad hours (or 6 grad hours) during the academic year.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community enrichment programs and events.
• Give property tours and assist leasing with marketing efforts.
• Cover rotating office shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and respond to emergencies and noise complaints.
• Be a positive role model and liaison for residents and the community.
