The successful candidate will have extensive experience serving as a Resident Engineer and performing construction inspection on New Jersey agency projects. This individual will oversee field inspection staff, review cost estimates and project submittals, and verify that daily contractor operations comply with contract documents.
This role offers the opportunity to provide field leadership on significant heavy highway projects while coordinating closely with Project Managers and other project personnel. The Resident Engineer will maintain accurate project records and support construction activities in both field and office settings.

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, education, qualifications, and skill set. FPA recognizes and rewards performance through an annual bonus program.
