French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Civil/Site Department at our headquarters in Wall Township, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished civil engineering professional to lead complex site engineering and land development projects, strengthen client relationships, and help build a long-term career with one of the Northeast’s fastest-growing engineering consulting firms.

The successful candidate will provide leadership from project pursuit through design, approvals, and construction support. Working closely with clients and FPA’s multidisciplinary teams, this individual will lead client development efforts, oversee proposals and project financial performance, manage risk and QA/QC, and cross-sell FPA’s multidisciplinary services.
Unlike larger organizations where individual contributions can become diluted, FPA gives experienced leaders the opportunity to influence the direction of the practice, mentor future leaders, develop key client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
FPA’s Civil/Site Department has a strong reputation for delivering practical and innovative site engineering and land development solutions throughout New Jersey and the Northeast. Working with both private- and public-sector clients, Project Managers at FPA have the opportunity to lead projects across a wide range of markets and provide comprehensive services from site planning and design through permitting and municipal approvals.
The Project Manager – Civil/Site will oversee projects from conceptual planning through design, approvals, and construction support. Representative assignments span a range of markets and require coordination with clients, regulatory agencies, municipal boards, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will lead complex assignments, represent clients throughout the approval process, and collaborate with experienced professionals across FPA to deliver high-quality solutions and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Large firms offer scale. FPA offers opportunity.
For more than 50 years, French & Parrello Associates (FPA) has been delivering innovative engineering solutions that shape communities, improve infrastructure, and support regional growth. At FPA, engineers are empowered to take ownership of their work, collaborate across disciplines, and experience the full project lifecycle. Your career is not defined by one task or limited to one area of expertise. Instead, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills, work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects, and develop the experience needed to grow into future engineering leadership roles.
Our multidisciplinary approach allows team members to see the bigger picture, collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines, and understand how their work impacts the communities we serve. We invest in our people through mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for advancement because we believe the success of our employees drives the continued success of our firm.
At FPA, you are not just designing infrastructure, you are helping build a growing organization while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.
