Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• One year of experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly activity calendar.
• Lead group and individual activities.
• Coordinate outings, special events, and holidays.
• Maintain activity supplies and program documentation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members.
• Ensure activities are conducted safely and inclusively.
• Assist with resident communication and promote upcoming events.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in community events.
