Job summary

PACE of Montgomery County is seeking an Activity Coordinator to plan, organize, and lead engaging programs that promote the well-being and quality of life for residents. You will create meaningful experiences, foster participation, and support a positive community environment onsite.

The role requires coordinating calendars, leading activities, and collaborating with families and staff to tailor programs to resident interests and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• One year of experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead groups and engage individuals with diverse interests and abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
