Brookdale is seeking a resident engagement professional to plan and execute engaging activities for adults in our community. You will develop monthly calendars with residents, build relationships, and collaborate with leadership to organize holiday, family, educational, and special events.

Occasional driving of a community vehicle may be required. Qualifications include at least 3 years coordinating programs for adults, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.

Responsibilities

• Uses a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develops a monthly calendar with residents based on their interests.
• Collaborates with leadership to plan and execute events (holiday, family, educational, marketing).
