Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.

• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develops a monthly activity calendar with residents based on interests.
• Coordinates special events with the community leadership team.
• Plans meaningful resident engagement activities, including off-site options.
