Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience with adults, coordinating, planning, and executing programs is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Leadership experience is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develops a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan and execute events (holiday, family, educational, and marketing).
• Plans and schedules resident engagement opportunities outside the community, including driving a community vehicle.
