Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator (Finance) to join our team. The role focuses on coordinating resident programs, planning monthly calendars with residents, and collaborating with leadership to execute engaging events within the community.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of coordinating experience with adults and a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly calendars with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan and execute events (holiday, family, educational, and marketing events).
• Plan and schedule opportunities for resident engagement outside the community, including driving a community vehicle.
