Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a dedicated professional to lead resident engagement programs and coordinate monthly calendars that reflect residents' interests. You will collaborate with community leadership to plan events and ensure meaningful activities that enhance wellbeing.

The role requires at least 3 years of program coordination for adults, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred; leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and may need a CDL depending on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a person-centered approach to aging, builds relationships with residents.
• Develops monthly calendars with residents based on interests.
• Partners with community leadership to plan and execute events and marketing activities.
• Plans meaningful resident engagement opportunities, including driving a community vehicle if needed.
