Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a seasoned Resident Engagement Director to lead engagement strategies across its senior communities. You will mentor regional teams, develop resident programs, and ensure compliance with Brookdale standards for quality of life.

Work with district and community leaders to set goals, oversee budgets, train staff, and launch innovative programming that enriches residents' experiences and supports caregivers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and team-building abilities required.
• Computer literacy and strong planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident engagement programs across communities.
• Coach regional Resident Engagement teams and mentors.
• Plan and facilitate monthly regional engagement calls.
• Monitor budgets and program standards for quality.
• Collaborate with district and community leadership.
