Job summary

College Town Communities seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Athens, GA to drive the leasing process, maintain resident communications, and support daily operations.

As the primary contact for prospective residents and guarantors, you will manage applications, move-ins/outs, and coordinate marketing and campus events while leveraging Entrata and Happy Inspector tools.

Experience in student housing is preferred; a customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Drive full leasing cycle: explain floor plans, pricing, concessions, and lease terms.
• Process applications, background checks, fees, advance installments, and roommate placements.
• Maintain availability rosters, manage waitlists, and compile weekly Leasing Status Reports.
• Oversee Community Assistants in applicant follow-ups and assist with on-campus open houses.
• Guide applicants through Entrata and ensure accurate resident accounts and payments.
• Manage move-in prerequisites, inspections, and post-move-out processes.
• Coordinate marketing efforts, update signage, and post weekly social content.
