Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Engagement Coordinator for Ivy Living to serve as a personal concierge for new residents and those needing ongoing support adapting to the community. The role focuses on creating meaningful relationships, guiding pre-move-in processes, and ensuring resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a senior living or related setting.
• Outgoing, sociable personality with ability toEngage residents and families.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must complete pre-hire requirements including criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build positive relationships with new residents and assist in the pre-move-in process.
• Provide a personalized new resident orientation and help acclimate to the community.
• Maintain daily interactions with residents during the first 30 days, ensuring engagement in activities and connectivity with loved ones.
• Identify residents at risk of departure and implement targeted re-engagement strategies.
