Job summary

Ivy Living, part of Oakmont Management Group, seeks an Engagement Coordinator to warmly welcome new residents and build lasting relationships within our senior living community. This role focuses on creating a seamless transition, coordinating activities, and ensuring residents feel connected from move-in onward.

Ideal candidates will have senior living or luxury hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate events.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living or similar hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with current technology to connect residents to apps and services.
• Sales or marketing experience is desirable and event coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build positive relationships with new residents during pre-move-in and transition.
• Provide a personalized new resident orientation and help acclimate to apartment and community.
• Maintain daily engagement with residents for at least 30 days, ensuring participation in activities and connections with family.
• Identify residents at risk of departure and implement re-engagement strategies.
