Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with ability to build meaningful resident relationships.
• Proficiency with current technology and apps to keep residents connected.
• Sales or marketing experience is highly desirable for coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a new resident orientation and help acclimate to the community.
• Maintain daily interactions with residents for at least 30 days, engaging in activities and networking.
• Identify residents at risk of departure and re-engage them with targeted strategies.
