Job summary

Ivy Park of Wellington is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to serve as a resident liaison and concierge through new-resident onboarding and ongoing support. You will build meaningful relationships, coordinate orientation, and ensure residents feel welcome and connected to the Oakmont Team.

The role emphasizes engagement, proactive communication, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Previous senior living or hospitality experience is preferred, with strong tech skills and reliability required.

Qualifications

• Senior living experience preferred, plus customer service in a similar setting required.
• Proficiency with current technology; ability to connect seniors to apps is important.
• Sales or marketing experience in a related field is highly desirable; ability to coordinate events is a plus.
• Must pass all pre-hire requirements, including background clearance, prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build positive relationships with new residents and assist in the pre-move-in process.
• Provide a personalized new resident orientation to help acclimate to their apartment and community.
• Maintain daily interactions with residents for the first 30 days to keep them engaged and supported.
• Identify residents at risk of departure and craft targeted re-engagement strategies.
