You will plan, organize and implement programs that address physical, cognitive, social and spiritual needs, while documenting participation and contributing to care planning discussions.

The role requires strong communication, organization and the ability to engage with staff, residents, families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with excellent verbal/written skills.
• Well-developed organizational abilities and record keeping skills.
• Able to positively engage with personnel, residents/patients, family members, visitors, government agencies and the public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities meeting the physical, creative, cognitive, social and spiritual needs of patients/residents.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed
