Responsibilities include providing input into monthly recreation therapy services, documenting attendance and participation, and attending care plan meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and document information accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engagement with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities addressing physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of patients/residents.
• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation therapy services.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation levels.
