Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining service to residents in a supportive community setting. You will assist with meal selections, ensure a clean and welcoming dining area, and engage with residents to enhance their mealtime experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety and sanitation, and strong communication with staff. Prior dining or customer service experience is helpful, with opportunities for growth within the Culinary department.

Qualifications

• Residential dining experience or hospitality background preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Work may involve evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service and assist residents with meal selections.
• Set tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas.
• Proactively communicate with residents and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in special projects and attend trainings as needed.
