CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal service for residents in our senior living community. You will prepare, portion, and plate meals according to dietary guidelines for regular and special diets while keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary.

This role values reliability, teamwork and clear communication with supervisors and staff; some food service experience is helpful. We offer competitive pay and a positive work environment in a close-knit team.

Qualificações

• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensures that sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicates with supervisor of shortages or outages.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
