Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking a dining services aide to assist with meals for residents, families, and guests. You will help with food preparation, serving in dining rooms, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serve residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain a clean kitchen, food service equipment, and food storage areas.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
• Ensure HIPAA regulations are followed and maintain a dignified and caring atmosphere.
