Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking a dining services aide to support food preparation and serving for residents, families, and guests in Artful Dining. Under supervision, you will follow the menu, sanitation protocols, and safety rules to ensure a clean, dignified dining experience.

You will keep kitchens and dining areas tidy, respond to requests, and work as part of a team. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with minimal prior experience; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists with food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serves residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly kitchen and dining area.
• Follows sanitation, safety, and cleaning procedures and HIPAA regulations.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, visitors, and associates.
