Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking a dedicated dining services assistant to support meal preparation and serving for residents, families, and guests. Under general supervision, you will follow sanitation and safety procedures, assist with dining room service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and help maintain a clean, dignified environment.

You will work as a team, respond to residents' requests, uphold HIPAA, and participate in trainings and dress code compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food service helpful but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serve residents in the dining room at meals and maintain dining areas.
• Clean kitchen, dining areas, and equipment daily.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report hazards promptly.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and HIPAA policies; participate in trainings.
