Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with menu orders, and help with tray service and dining room cleanup. You will refill beverages, parts of condiments, and maintain a clean dining area while respecting resident confidentiality.

The role requires standing for periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments as needed.
• Assist with tray service and dining room cleanup after meals.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor promptly.
• Work under supervision while maintaining resident confidentiality and dignity.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors; attend required trainings.
