Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Summerville, SC is seeking a part-time Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room cleanup and setup.

You will provide beverage service, restock condiments, follow safety and hygiene standards, and support residents with menu choices while working under supervision. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be in clean uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must perform simple, repetitive tasks.

• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be organized and work well with other team members.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist with tray service and dining room setup/cleanup.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments as needed.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Follow sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Have basic understanding of food storage and labeling.
