Responsibilities

• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Serve meals courteously and reset dining room after service.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk, coffee/tea).
• Restock condiments and report broken equipment to supervisor.
• Follow proper sit-down serving techniques and food handling.
• Support tray service and assist residents with mobility needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
