Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a dining assistant/server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests. You will assist with menu orders, provide beverages, and support cleanup after meals in a community setting.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for periods, reading simple instructions, and maintaining professional communication with residents and staff. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents when placing orders and provide beverages.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls; report broken items.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room and kitchen.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Respect resident confidentiality.
• Assist with tray service and miscellaneous duties.
