Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with menu orders, provide beverage service, and help with dining room clean‑up. The role emphasizes attentive service, safety, and confidentiality in a nursing or senior living setting.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A clean uniform and good personal hygiene are expected.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Able to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Able to learn quickly and apply learned principles.
• Able to communicate effectively and work under supervision.
• Able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Able to stand and walk for up to three hours.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry for 20 feet.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk, coffee/tea).
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls before and after meals.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Understand sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Assist with tray service and dining room clean-up and reset.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings; follow confidentiality policies.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
