Job summary

You will handle food storage, portioning, tray assembly, sanitation, waste disposal, and transportation of meals and supplies, contributing to daily nutrition and resident well-being. The role requires reliability and ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements in a dietary or food service setting.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Store food items and supplies in designated areas.
• Prepare portions and assemble meal trays.
• Set up tray lines and place foods on trays per menus and resident tags.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas to meet safety standards.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste appropriately.
• Transport food and supplies to and from service areas.
