Job summary

The Highlands at Wyomissing is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations across residential dining rooms, delivering high-quality service and a welcoming dining environment for residents.

You will supervise staff, schedule, maintain POS workflows, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in a healthcare setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, restaurant, or dining services operations.
• Experience in multi-outlet dining, catering or event operations preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care dining services preferred; regulatory and sanitation standards exposure.

Responsibilities

• Leads and holds dining services staff accountable for performance and service standards.
• Promotes a positive, team-focused work environment aligned with organizational values.
• Provides ongoing supervision, coaching, and development of team members.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and labor resources to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, health, and alcohol service regulations.
• Coordinates with culinary leadership for seamless front- and back-of-house operations.
