Job summary

The Highlands at Wyomissing is seeking a reliable Dining Services Aide to support food service, meal preparation, kitchen sanitation, dishwashing, and dining operations in a premier senior living community in Wyomissing, PA. This is a part-time, on-site role with day-time hours; candidates with restaurant, hospitality, dietary aide, or kitchen experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include promoting food safety, stocking and assisting with meal service, cleaning and sanitizing work

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or restaurant settings.
• Basic cooking and meal prep skills.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a senior living environment is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Serv Safe certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cooking for all-day dining items.
• Assemble meal trays accurately and on time.
• Maintain food temperatures and safety practices.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized; support dishwashing and sanitation.
• Assist with stock and inventory per department protocols.
